Hathway Bangalore is really bad. The service is truly unprofessional, the link goes down 2-3 times a day for at least around an hour. The support folks would claim its a signal problem which would never occur again, but you just have to wait for a few more hours and it will start all over again. The story gets repeated the next day. So I terminated the connection and now it has been more than 2 months since I have been calling them up and sending emails to give my security deposit back and so far nothing has happened.
Hathway Never use them. Bangalore ISP has a manager called Chandrasekhar , he is such a cunning person who plays with his employees. He used a person called Sumathi a billing executive to have personal chat with me (over yahoo) and delayed the refund. Sumathi was such a good executive who was pretending to help me on her own, like leaking the news while I now hear that she was acting as per Mr. Chandrasekhar. I am Ranjit N Mehta at Bangalore. I agree with all the comments, Hathway is the worst service provider I have seen, All my incoming mails are blocked for no reason. Several complaints, no one takes action. This is happening very often. I am sick to the core and dont know what to do next. We are unable to contact any senior persons nor do we know how to contact them. Will suing them help or complaint to some governemnt body help. Can some one guide me.
Hathway is worst. They took 1 month to lay the cable and not bothered to put the modem. Obviously am fed up and when asked to return my money back they are playing and no proper response. lets log a complaint

IT IS MOST SCANDALOUS THAT THESE HATHWAY FELLOWS ARE ALLOWED TO GET WAY SCOT-FREE MULCTING THE PUUBLIC OF THEIR HARD-EARNED MONEY. This is an example of a ridiculouus market equation with ALL COSTS AND NO BENEFITS. The Bangalore Branch is also most notorious for its heinous arrogance and indifference in forgetting many gullible customers who are urged to give them the cheques for new connections, after the checks are realized.

ur people have blocked our IP address without any prior information or our concern without even knowing the problem..when we spoke to customer care people nobody knows the exact problem yes nobody and everyone was repeating the cramed stuff "brodcasting problem from ur end and there is a virus in ur PC so format ur pc"...bloddy hell why would i format my pc for the sake of hathway though there was no virus in our pc we were doing our office stuff from home so cuz of that more data transfer was happening..and it was ur networking problem..to name ur so called experts Mr. arman so called technical head doesn't even know abt. networking even what was the problem..and more jokers mr sandeep team leaders..good lord how will u beat in the competition ..and please update ur technology as customer is suffering for ur misery and age old technollogy...thanks

Hathway Internet Provider is very unprofessional. Customer Care service hopeless. Telephone nos. are inaccessible and there is no response to emails.
Till date we have not received the Refund of 1000/- inspite of our emails.

i have seen.The Bangalore customer care and there persons are totally worthless.It has been almost 1 month i have given the required sum,but yet not get the connection.
So,I recommend no body to take the connection.They are a big cheater.
Me and my family have been subjected to a Horrendous experience from Hathway Internet after applying for Internet connection in Bangalore . Their field staff came and collected Rs.1965 in advance and promised to do the installation and connection in 2 days, which of course never happened. Whenever we called up the field staff, (Mr. Rajesh, who takes care of Vignan Nagar) they promises to call us back in 5 minutes, but never ever call us back.
After 2 weeks, we somehow got his manager’s (Mr. Lokesh) phone number and we are getting the same rude behavior from him too...
Now, it is almost 3 weeks and we still don’t have connection. They are not even picking my calls and sometimes hangs up the line before we could even speak, I am not sure what to do. Even if we get the connection eventually, if at all, i can imagine how the service would be!!!
Hathway internet folks are cheats and please deal with them at your own risk.
Please let your friends know about this and save them from such misery.

Am facing a similar kind of problem with reliance wifi.For one month it worked fine.Later am unable to connect to net.I gave a call to customer support.They gave me a stupid answer by saying it wil rectified as soon as possible.after few days again i called them to get the same reply.I have even escalated the call twice to get the same reply.I was unable to escalate the call more than second level.They gave me an email id to comaplaint this.I send a mail saying" i want the exact date when it will be rectified and i dont want to hear any more of as soon as possible replies from ur side " in reply i got a mail saying it will be rectified at the earliest.I have surrender my connection 2 months back.The funniest thing is they have not come to take their cable and other things still .

Hathway sure seems to have a fan following. I live in Chennai and made the stupid mistake of subscribing to hathway. I recently had a problem which after over 7 days is still not fixed and worst still I talk to the retarded folks who handle customer care and they tell me that the problem cannot be rectifed from Chennai but has to be done from Mumbai. In the month of September 2007 we had sent a request for change of plan for our Broadband Connection from Rs.5000/- plan to Rs. 1400/- plan. Till date the changes are not made and still we are receiving the bill (Bill No: 760901822 dated: 07/01/2008) for Rs 5000/- plan only. The bill in itself clearly reflects the usage and the need for change.
We once again request you to change the said connection from Rs 5000/- plan to Rs.1400/- plan immediately. This will be our final reminder.

I had contacted hathway 4 years back and was applying for a connection , as i had shifted out of my old place and canceled that connection,but during that time my airtel request had come through so told hathway to take a hike as i was still having problems with their billing ( 5 times in a month I had to keep going to the main office to resolve my case). Today i got a bill which just started billing me last month

I am a hathway user from August 2006. It was a big mistake on my side to have taken hathway connection inspite of getting bad feedback from friends. Everyday I lodge a complaint. They only say switch off and switch on your modem, let us clear the Cache and the connection will work for the next 30 min. It is supposed to be unlimited connection.

I am facing the same problem .I took the Hathway internet connection on 7th of June.Since 2 days it is no more working.I called the Hathway HelpLine they said some technical problem from theire side they told they will get back to me with in 24 hours.But till now not yet called to my mobile.then I keep on trying to 401616161 number it is asking my account number it got disconnected.This story is happening i dont know to whom i need to call to get it up again :(
While I can understand hari's feelings I like to dissuade him from using language that this strong lest of all things the company use this against him.
Also would like to let you guys know that I am happily disconnected from Hathway for a while now. I did get a call from them asking for the modem which I told them was dumped into the garbage as it did not function for a long long time.
Its the same story in Coimbatore too...The customer care is too bad...I spoke with Anu, Aarthi, Surya, Prakash, etc...Also with Jeevitha in Chennai office, who is highly irresponsible with her answers...I have been calling a salesperson named Ashok who always promises me that he will come to my place in 10 minutes or 1 hour; but never did that for atleast a week's time...After that i placed a complaint/request to provide the internet connection. The next day came the most irresponsible salesperson named Vinoba...He is a guy filled with dirty promises..I have told him several times that i will be registering with him only if the customer service is good and wont encourage false promises...He shook his head like a pendulum and grabbed my money and went away....The cabling guy Siva came to my place and analysed the possibilities and told me that it will take a maximum of two days to do the cable work (for 200 metres). I agreed and also asked him not to delay beyond that. Only after that the real problem started. I have been chasing Vinoba, the salesperson and was calling the customer care and explaining the problem 'n' number of times. No one has responded properly and atlast i managed to get a call from Mr. Nirmal, who calls himself as the head of the customer care. He too is not aware of whats going on and told me that he will be calling back. I requested him to provide me the contact details of the higher official or a responsible person who can take action to make things work. No one including this guy has given me the number, instead asked me to mail the complaints. The same day i went to their office in Coimbatore and met Stephen.J, Network Engineer, who calls himself as the Tech. head of Coimbatore. He too tried to avoid me initially by just talking with some of his colleagues about my problem in the name of clarification. But I made a statement clearly that something has to be done to take an action against the irresponsible persons and to give proper reason and to promise that it wont happen again by a responsible person if there is anyone in Hathway. To conclude, we should take this issue to the consumer court and make them to realise that they have to work for their money that has been paid by Hathway through us. Send a reply or post your interests if you wish to join me...We have to unite, else they will misuse us...

They said some problem with harware becaus eof that only our modem can't detact & at last I installed the diver from their CD only. How they can do a customer. On 16th Sept 08 in Bangalore, I paid Rs 450 for a Hathway broadband connection to a sales agent. It has been nearly a month from then and the connection has not been installed yet. The initial promise was to install the connection within 4 working days. Since then i must have called the customer service center at least 15 times, every time getting a false reassurance that my complaint had been registered and the field engineer would contact me at the earliest. I even went up to the hathway website and got an email id
Let me also tell you that before applying for this connection i did read several negative reviews about hathway, but still went ahead with my application, reposing my faith in the Hathway brand name. After having gone through this agonsing experience myself, i am sure now that each one of those negative reviews that i read (and i read many many of them) was indeed true.
For those of you who are looking for a new broadband connection - PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR Hathway. I chose to ignore the many reviews that i read and am repenting today - use my experience as learning and keep away!!!!
For those of you who work for any of the Hathway, my submission is that Hathway is tarnishing the brand equity which has been established over decades. I sincerely think Hathway should discontinue providing this service at least till the time it establishes the capabilities to provide basic services to its customers on time. Today after not having got the services for which i had paid Rs 450 a month back, i feel duped by Hathway - i sincerely believe the Hathway brand deserves a better treatment than this. I really hope someone senior in the Hathway group reads this and multiple such reviews that are floating around on internet and takes some action.

Believe me friends, Hathway has nice plans but their services are poor. Better the plan, poorer the services. Hathway Muambai and their branch office at Thane give such answers that you feel like taking favour from them. They always give committment of call back for unresoved issue but never do so. At times, they also give false information. I am a customer of Hathway since November 2007 and just because the plans are good I am not switched to any other services but if you call them for any change or updates, you will remember god at every bit of second. Hathway, Mumbai doesn't have a toll free number for customer care or billing querry. Their executives never follow hold procedure. They never greet properly. They are confused with terms like prepaid and postpaid. Hathway never update the information on time and so customer end up calling them 10-15 times for the same querry. Hathway's executives are not ready to listen to the customer's problem, they always want to tell what they have to say. I wanted to change my plan with lower rent plan and I end up paying minimum Rs. 100/- for follow up. I also have recorded phone calls for this issue. Now they have changed my plan but I am still getting a bill of previous plan and when I called for the new bill they are asking me to ignore the bill and suggested me to collect the updated bill from the branch office. If you ask about escalation the executive will give you a number but the concern person is always "not on his seat" or "out for lunch" then we again have to call after 25-30 minutes to get the same or alternate answer and wasting more money on phone calls. I really don't understand, the way Hathway advertise themsalves, why they are not starting a toll free number line for their customers. Their mumbai billing querry number: 022-67134567 is always busy and system message asks to leave a message and then another message we get is "The mailbox is full". I really don't know does Hathway think that their customers are fool or they know their own services are poor?
I too faced worst service from Hathway and decided to have it disconnected once i get my Airtel connection.
They do lots of false promise, most importantly speed is slower than snail's movement... i used to connect net via Mobile(Airtel's), that seems to be faster than Hathyway's broadband(512kpbs).... just 2 or 3 kbps... too bad....
Also when ever we report we have to dial a landline number that too not a toll free number... i recommend all not to use HATHYWAY at all...

I guess today is the last day of my being with hathway internet.
another day down the drain trying to contact the 'renewals' department, having already spoken to siraj, vani, nandini and if luck be, rebecca... (this is the call center, dont even try the 080 40161640 number, theyve rigged it to disconnect incoming calls)
the sons of b*&^%$s have grown immune to my abuses, which can get pretty derogatory, but i must say they have all the will to hear it through. i have spared no one, not even the women at times. god knows whats fed to them for such hard skin.
they disconnect me on weekends without any warning, even if i pay my prepaid amount of 1686 in advance and then its hell to call them. the first day of phone calls starts from my polite requests for a callback (what did you expect, hathway never speaks to you about your problems when YOU call them.. theyre so damned fking important, THEY call you when they get time). the day eventually passes and the bloody rigid human turds go home fed with abuses and me left without my callback. it takes about 5 days to get my connection again.
anyhow, this has been the case for five years or more now. but im done with it today. i guess no human deserves to hear what i have to say to them if they disconnect me from the net. and so im moving to airtel, maybe another nightmare, but maybe not so frightful.
oh and the hathway modem, im going to subject it to a rigidity fall test from the 6th floor of my apartment window. though with the hathway attitude, im sure it shall bounce right back. :)

Hey Guys Having read Harpreets account reminds me of those nightmarish days I was with hathway. Thankfully Ive switched over to BSNL and I can give it in writing that albiet a few minor probs it is a trillion times better than hatway ever can be.
BTW I am in chennai so thats some comfort hathway does not discriminate they treat everyone badly.

Dear All, I am facing the same problem from the Hathway internet connection. I have taken an internet connection from Hathway, Mumbai office on Mar 29th 2010. from the date of connection my connection not working properly. After repeated call to the customer support at Malad (local cable operator), they are telling there person can come only after 11.30 and before 5 pm.As they have got the payment they r doing monopoly.they are acting like ,they r not providing the Customer service. they r doing Govt job without work bluddy Sick... I have been trying to contact the senior manager of hathway Mumbai, but all effort in vain. the call centre people are not willing to put there manager online. I am totally frustated ... I sincerely request every one to keep away from Hathway.. its really sick...

I originally signed up for a 512kbps slot... at the moment it is so slow that it just barely churns out not more than 230kbps... does anyone know a fix for this... in pure hathway fashion no action has been taken from the repeated call i have made or the numerous email sent to CS and help desk...... On checking the comments has anyone really called up the the MD and CEO Mr K . Hi all people I am using Hathway internet from one year In India the worst and very bad internet is Hathway Form last 1 week I am facing problem I called to call centre every one take the complaint but no body will take responsibility. If payment will late they will disconnect the internet or for late payment they will charge more Rs.50 on bill.
I have tried for the Managing Director email or phone I want to tell about this things directly to him but I did not get that information
Also I asked my area branch people they are telling that we will take payments if technical people is there also they will sit and play the games in office they will not come
With out head office permeation.

Every morning and evening we have to call Hathway support for no internet connection. They are nt ready to tell us what the prob is. And to my surprise when I said I'll disconnect Hathway, he said "Ok.. Pl send us a mail to disconnect"... What are all the seniors doing??? Mgt pl look after this o/w u ll have to close down one day, am sure

I'm calling from 18th Feb 2012 till now no response, no email reply also.
Following are the concerns ;-
1. For normal services I have to do complaints, and I have to run back to get it resolved.
2. Every time I called at customer care. it takes always more than 30 min to get connected.
3. Never get timely solutions.
Today I called three times, every time getting different answers from customer care executives.
1 As my a/c download limit completed, my internet speed get down. So, I called customer care.
2. First executive ask me to do rs. 677 payment and within 1/2 hour I'll get again 5gb and normal speed of 2mbps as per plan.
3. I done payment of rs. 677 and as always change was not reflected, so I called again.
4. Second executive check the details and ask me to wait for one hour to get the normal speed.
5. Still change not done, I called again 3rd time, after 3/4 hours.
6. This time I get answer that change will reflect tomorrow after 10 am. While talking to executive, phone get disconnected, but there was no courtesy to do callback.
This kind of case happen with me for 3rd time.
Is there any process where such complaints get filtered.

Hi.. I am facing problem from last 10 days. When I got the Hathway Internet connection they told me its for 1 year and they give me offer 1 month free that means connection for 13 month. In that plan they are providing unlimited downloading with 12 GB high speed. Means that, after 12 GB of consumption my internet speed will down 50%, but after 12 GB of use they cut my connection and told me that You used all your data and pay more if you want your connection to be continue..
It's ridiculous, they are just making to the customer, they told your different and provide you something different..
Now I am going to complaint in Consumer forum..

Anyone who wishes to take an action against these buggers, I am totally in support of that. How do you run your organisation with a bunch of fools? The idiots at Customer care have no training. They do not know what they recommend customers. They blindly advise and suggest things to customers and make them suffer endlessly. I am sorry for patronising Hathway.
Case in point is my own misfortune at having encountered such an idiot on 09/04/2014. I do not know his name. My Speedway 2 Mbps quarterly prepaid service activated on 07/01/2014 had reached its validity end. I needed a short-term plan to last until 22/04/2014 as I was going out of town from 23/04/2014. This idiot I called in Customer Care suggested a recharge of Rs 463/-. I did the recharge as suggested and waited for activation. The activation that was to happen in four hours did not happen for 24 hours. After calling Customer care, I was told there was no such plan of Rs 463/- !!!!
After several calls and talking to several identical idiots, Rajesh Mondal told me to go in for Post-paid retention plan of 2 GB at 1 Mbps speed costing Rs 198/- for 30 days. I had my fear that since it was post-paid, I should not be charged on a recurring basis after 22/04/2014 after the expiry of 30 days. Rajesh Mondal assured me that after usage of this one month term, if I had no usage after 22/04/2014, I will not be charged. He also assured me that if I were to receive a bill, it would be reversed. I was put on the 1 GB post-paid plan; Rs 198 deducted from the Rs 463. There was an online balance of Rs 266/- in my account.
Surely, I received a bill for Rs 469.43 on 01/05/2014. My credit of Rs 266/- vanished and it was adjusted against this May bill and I was supposed to pay Rs 203.06 for services not used. All promises was washed away in the gutter. I came back on 15/05/2014. I started calling on 17/05/2014. A dozen calls to the brainless customer care revealed there was no co-ordination between the billing department, customer care and the Linemen Department who called themselves Engineers though they might be fourth standard fail!
On 17/05/2014, Dattaray Dhembre from billing department asked me to pay Rs 2307/- for activating the Speedway 2 Mbps quarterly prepaid plan after deducting Rs 266/- from the full plan amount. He waived my May bill after seeing I had zero usage.
After making the online payment of Rs 2307/-, more surprise from Hathway Disservice!! My account showed a balance of Rs 315/-. Making enquiries with the several retarded imbeciles made me aware that since I did not pay the full Rs 2500 odd amount for the prepaid Speedway 2 Mbps plan; that’s why the debit amount of Rs 315/-. It continues to be reflected in my account to this day. I have also received bill on 06/06/2014 asking immediate payment by 02/06/2014. Dattatray Dhembre cannot be contacted on his telephone. He also does not call. This bloody hide-and-seek is going on that’s nauseating.
I am fucking getting sick of Hathway. Today my internet connection is down. When I call, some Ganesh Chirla asked me my modem number and told me modem is not working. The modem is dead. I am promised some serviceman will arrive by 6.00 pm. Surprisingly, internet starts at 1515 hrs. I never get uninterrupted internet service. I have asked for service extension validity for no internet service on 21/05/2014 and 22/05/2014. Several email communications I have written have been ignored. I will again ask for validity extension for no service today.
Please return my money back or give me proper service. All this tamasha will be going into the Public domain on social media. Hathway is a pretty mis-managed service.
My sincere suggestion -- why don’t you start selling vada-pav or dung-cakes instead of internet? That will suit you.You have no courtesy or etiquette to even reply to emails bhanchod.

I write this in total disbelief the way the telephonic operator has been handling me over the two previous calls.
I received a call on 16th of this month and I was in Kerala on top of a hill and had very limited options to pay the bill…this was told very clearly to the customer support executive Ms. Monisha but in vain. I conveyed that I can do the payment on Monday morning but she declined and was telling me rudely that you can pay online if you are not in station and cut the call.
Further today ie..24th April 2015 she called up and her behavior was absolutely rude and terrible. She has care a damn attitude. She asked what was the reason …I told her it was dis satisfaction with the back ends team of Hathway. I requested earlier also and today also to talk to some senior person but she dint bother to listen. She says I will send my executive and you send the modem if you don’t want.
She says (Monisha) that I should be aware of the due dates since I am with Hathway for a year now….??? Is this how you treat a customer.??? Who has been there for a year.
1. I want to understand when is my due date – earlier it was 18th.
2. I used to always receive reminders on my mobile when the due date is but this time I did not, then how can you disconnect without prior intimation.
3. How do you expect a person to pay by evening when intimation is given the same day and if he is travelling.
4. One year was not the bill paid on time…has security deposited not been taken…?
5. Why is it that customers are treated as beggars…?? Do you people think we are unaware of customer rights.
6. I placed a customer center call asking some executive to meet me regarding transfer…no response.
I need to speak to the manager and would definitely make sure the my due respect is attained.

I made a payment of 3000 INR Yesterday through Axis Net banking, the amount was ducted from my account and below is the confirmation ID. However my payment details are still not reflecting in the website.
I sent 2 mails to let them know the concern (bangalorehelpdesk@hathway.net), Have not received any response to it.
We called up the customer care number and they said we need to call up to a different number and they would message us the details and we did not get any messages as well..
My money is gone and even the internet account is not resumed. No Response from the team... the account still doesnot reflect the payment details even after getting a payment confirmation number

I took a Hathway connection on 18th April after many discussions with the concerned people and after a confirmation from there side that the connection will be hassle free and good connectivity.That evening till next morning connection was cut off and after repeated called to the customer care on 19th morning the connection was restored again it was cut off.Then the engineer came in the evening and did something to rectify the problem.
I was given an old router which was in some other person's name.When I made a complain about this they changed the router on 20th.
Today is 07 May at and there is no net connection.I had to make many calls and still I am not able to login .I had to attend interviews via Skype and because of this problem precious time is lost and we are facing many difficulties.
We are tired of making repeated requests.Whenever I call customer care says now onwards they won't give a chance to complain.But till now the issue is not rectified.

I am a new customer in Pune Wakad area, here the service is really pathetic.. you need to call 20-25 times to get a connection activation (off course when payment is already done.. ) and then 100 times to get the internet actually activated.. Customer care is most pathetic compared to any other service (mobile, digital tv, even government orgs... ).. every time you want to login .. you need to call customer care and they ask us to restart your modem.. even after that connection do not resume.. then they raise a complaint ticket which takes hell lot of time to resolve.. Hathway engineers do not care about work timings.. seems they only work between 12 pm to 5 .. if nobody is at home when they call .. your ticket will be resolved only on weekends..
Worst internet service - Please avoid Hathway for internet
Minimum time to respond is 3-4 hours
Minimum time to resolve the issue 8-11 hours
Minimum outage 2-3 times in a month
Each time the internet is down wait for 5-8 hours
Before the account expires be prepared to get SMS (2-3 in a day)
If you make the payment last day - wait for 5-6 days for account to go active
PLEASE THINK 100 TIMES BEFORE TO TRY HATHWAY....ASSHOLES
Hathway is fraud company and will provide fake bills. Beware of it and please do not trust Hathway internet services in terms of Speed, Plan Details, Refund Amount , Bills , Customer Service etc.
I had bad experience using Hathway, Bangalore ,Koramanagala Area. I have paid Rs 5000+ for 3 months for 75GB internet plan and they did not give correct bill copy till date. After making multiple complaints they provided fake bill of Rs 386. While buying they will make false commitments about speed. It is a shared line and speed depends on how many are using at that instance of time. Customer care is junk and no one will respond nor call back. No response will come for your complaints sent in customer care email id provided. Usage shown in website is always incorrect and does not match with when called to customer care number and checked with interactive voice option for data usage. Any problem happens with your net connection no technician will attend or address issue for weeks.
Hathway broadband internet
I am ashok Jain. My Hathway broadband account number is 693989 and we subscribe to the 50mbps with 30gb limit pack . We have Really had horrible internet since last 1.5 month. Either there's no internet or the speed is horribly slow. Speed I tested is 2 mbps download and 0.01 mbps upload speed. which is extremely slow. I cant even upload 1mb file in from my email acc. I call Hathway everyday. And they assure me an engineer will call and come home to check the connection. but nobody has called from 1 month. Neither has anyone showed up to check the issue at my office. Whenever I call the customer service helpline they give me every standard excuse in the book. Modem issue, router issue, signal issue, server issue, server upgradation, system upgradation etc etc.
I'm still waiting for someone to fix my problem. I can't even disconnect the service because I have paid for a six month ( really a very biggest mistake ever) and the amount is non refundable. It's been over a month now.

With reference to the subject cited above, I want to file a complaint against Mr. Satish. I dealt with the person for Rs 660/Month plan. But i paid him Rs 1000/- and i was busy at that time so forgot to collect the balance. When next day, I called him, he told me to adjust in next month charges. This month message on my mobile came to pay Rs 746/-. When i called Mr. Satish to come and collect balance amount, he is ignoring me and disconnecting my calls. And now my internet services are stopped due to non- payment of monthly charges. This is highly un- desirable act of Mr Satish as just to earn his comission, he is misguiding the customers. Our hathway cable tv service is Shiva Sai Digital cable system prop k. Srinivasareddy and D. Raji reddy
We are not getting so many channels and some are not visible. The cable tv technician told that fault of setappbox. So I told him replace setappbox immediately.
Already 4 months elapsed since nobody has neither rectify or replace setappbox till now. Please arrange to rectify the complaint immediately or otherwise I would proceed furtherlegally as i have fedup with your service operations

Please read through the 2 mail I am sharing. The mail was not even replied by anyone and I have mailed Hathaway from nodal officer to any possible contact I could.
If you guys don't even care for your customer and not even bother to reply how can we as a customer trust you.

This is to inform you that I have been a customer of Hathway for many years and was really happy with the services until now. In the past 2 months I was not able to access my internet during weekends and most of the non-working hours. Always there was the same answer from the operator “Network is down it will take time to resolve”. Now it is hard to believe that the technical glitch is not resolved till date and always the internet pulls off when it is most needed. After the unexpected experience I faced, it is not logical for me to waste my money for the services you are providing. Due to these mistakes from your service provider the reason for you to be behind BSNL, RELIANCE and AIRTEL in ISP Market Share is answered clearly.
I am sorry to say but you will be losing a customer and with me many more might do the same. Please improve your services for future customers.

I won't be writing to you anymore but will surely see you in consumer forum. This is not a formal notice but I am sure you will receive one.
This mail is in regards to the ill-treatment your employee does to the customer.The customer service is there to solve the problem and not aggravate the situation. Instead of solving they are using such dishonorable tone which actually instigated me to file a report against your company.
I am sure as the previous mail was not answered, surely this one won't be either but if I don't find an appropriate mail back by the end of the day I will take action against your company.
Problem: your employee Pritam (ID- AS639) used a tone which was not respectful and more over where the problem was suppose to be solved today by 10 am as stated by your floor manager Sandeep Mishra yesterday i.e. on 25 Feb, now your so called employee is using a tone where he is affirming that it won't get corrected till 2.30pm and it may take more time.
Your company's attitude towards the customer is not respectful and this needs to be handled in priority.

This crazy guy was Non Professional, Arrogant, Rude and Gunda-Mawali.
Its really Pathetic that such a good well known ISP hire such employees.
Sir this guys are the bacteria for your business, i must ask you to personally have a look on other service providers, and please stop fooling consumers.

We are using hathway network from 7 months but as per my experience its very worst service and these people are not responding to customer properly. We are facing each and everyday network issue and we loosing our business due to this is hathway network issue. Please i am suggesting to everyone dont use this service anymore..................

I am sorry to inform you that about my bad experience with Hathway in Internet services. I Have applied a Hathway internet connection yesterday with the name of Deepmala with address of B-7/45, 2nd floor Rohini, New Delhi 85. I spoke to you executive and he promised me to activate connection today till 12 noon and verification will be done yesterday itself. Infact I gave few calls to him for an update. Today I called about the update he refused to activate connection today and misbehave during the call. I paid the amount yesterday itself by taking confirmation that connection will activate by tomorrow otherwise, I have some time to go for another options.
Today no one taking the responsibility, when I asked to refund the paid amount, he told Hathway never refund payment once u paid.
