Ltd. #25, five jewels, Saunders road, Frazer town, Bangalore-560005. Dear Sir, Subject: Notice for poor customer care and non-installation of internet connection after accepting required fees. Ref: Receipt 17225/ check no. 695104 Vijaya Bank Rs. 1966.00 With reference to the above subject I have duly registered for Broadband connection by paying an installation charge of Rs.1966.00 bearing check no.695104 Vijaya bank Bangalore on 22nd November 2007 which is duly cleared from my account. Receipt No. 17225 It’s almost 50 days and there is no service from hathway and my repeated attempt to contact customer care in Bangalore is of no use as they will just take the contact no. and there is no call back on any attempt.

This is a case of poor customer care and If there is no response from your side in another 7 working days you can treat it as a notice before me approaching consumer forum for claiming damages against M/S. Hathway Datacom pvt. Ltd for necessary claim for the following: 1. Non-installation of connection 2. No service after accepting money from Hathway 3. My visit to office to hatchway office and telephone charges 4. Mental agony undergone with customer care. 5. Loss of 50 days internet hours due to Hathway

i paid 3K on Oct 8th and till date except for one day never used the net.
Shame and useless hathway and i really dont' know whether the chairman and directors look into these comments and respond or take severe action. Othrwise Hathway will be vanished.

I was given an old router which was in some other person's name.When I made a complain about this they changed the router on 20th. Today is 07 May.at and there is no net connection.I had to make many calls and still I am not able to login .I had to attend interviews via Skype and because of this problem precious time is lost and we are facing many difficulties.
We are tired of making repeated requests.Whenever I call customer care says now onwards they won't give a chance to complain.But till now the issue is not rectified. I am waiting for a response from your side to take further action from our side
