THE PERSONAL BASIS.IAM USING HATHWAY SINCE LAST 4-5 YEARS AND WELL SATISFIED.

I have taken the 256 kb connection
but it looks so slow. Yesterday I checked on the internet broadband meter and the real speed was only 64kbps
I tried with Airtel connection and that is so fast. Hathway is a cheater

i dont ve connection from 3 days.. if i call the helpline they say they ll send someone to fix it. called up 15-20 times.. nobody has turned up yet. Worst part is the contact numbers of senior ppl is not available anywhere.. And this is frm the Raheja group!!!

I agree that the CS guys are of no assistance.. really fed up f calling and Emailing them at hathway.... am being charged for 512kbps but the actual speed is just 230kbps.. what a rip off. any suggestions who is the best for mumbai in terms of service and connectivity ....
